2023 Season Information

The 2023 Season of Kittery Little League is set to begin!

Our registration period will run start on February 1st and end on March 1st. We have increased fees this year to help offset the rising costs associated with running the league. Your registration fees go towards the routine maintenance of the fields, our utility bills, uniforms, equipment, insurance, fees, and a bunch of other expenses. We try very hard to keep the registration fees to a minimum and only raise what we expend.

After the close of registrations, we will conduct player evaluations. This year we will be inviting those league age 7 through 12 for player evaluations. League age is the age of the player as of August 31st. Player evaluations is very important to the league as it allows us to better build balance teams and keep the games competitive. Player evaluations will be held in early to mid-March. We will send out more information on player evaluations as we get closer to the date.

After player evaluations, we will build the teams and let everyone know the teams. We are hoping to have this accomplished by Late March. We also have field cleanup scheduled in early April as well as an Umpire Clinic in mid-April. More information to follow!

ATTENTION 13 and 14 YEAR OLDS!
We are starting up a Junior Division this year for those ages 13 and 14. The Junior Division will play on the 90 foot diamond. The vision for the season would be to run practices through the summer and get players ready for the Babe Ruth season in the summer. There will be no fee for this venture.

ATTENTION GIRLS!
If you are interested in playing Softball this year, please register with York Little League.
